We were at the Palestine Dogwood Trails today and saw this water snake. I'm not sure what kind it is, but I think it's too colorful to be a cotton mouth. We didn't get close enough to make sure, but I'm pretty sure it is a harmless water snake of some sort. It was about 2 feet long. Water Snake
We were at the Palestine Dogwood Trails today and saw this water snake. I'm not sure what kind it is, but I think it's too colorful to be a cotton mouth.
